FX99 Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for Malaysian Members

To register and use the FX99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of account registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or a legal resident in Malaysia.
• Register using a valid, active Malaysian phone number in your own name.
• One account registration only — one phone number, one name, and one account.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or banned from gambling activity by any regulatory body.

Accounts found to be using false information, another person's phone number, or registering duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately without prior notice. FX99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of registered information. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on FX99 are processed through legitimate Malaysian payment methods supported by our platform.

For withdrawals, the method used must match the deposit method you originally used. The name on your e-wallet or bank account must exactly match the registered FX99 member's name. Withdrawals with mismatched names will be automatically rejected as a security measure. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes, though they may take up to 24 hours in cases where additional verification is required.

FX99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to enhance the experience of Malaysian members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through different accounts constitutes fraud and will result in the termination of all accounts involved.
• Deposit bonuses carry rollover requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made. The rollover requirement is stated in each promotion's terms, such as "10x", "15x" or "20x".
• Not all game types contribute equally toward rollover requirements. Typically, baccarat and roulette contribute at a lower rate compared to slots for rollover calculation purposes.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period. Bonuses that are not utilised within this period will expire and cannot be recovered.
• FX99 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if there is evidence of abuse, strategies designed to circumvent the rollover requirement, or any activity deemed fraudulent.

All bets placed on the FX99 platform are subject to the following rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the FX99 system cannot be cancelled or modified, except in cases of technical errors verified by the FX99 team.
• In the event of a technical error, system disruption, or data communication failure during a match or game, FX99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amount to the member's account.
• For football betting on the Malaysian Super League and international leagues, the official results used are those issued by the respective league's governing body. Results that have not been officially confirmed will not be accepted for bet settlement purposes.
• If a football match is cancelled, suspended, or moved to a different venue before reaching the minimum required period (typically 45 minutes for the first half), all bets related to that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• For e-sports betting, official results are based on outcomes announced by the respective tournament organiser. Any result that contradicts the organiser's official announcement will not be accepted.
• FX99 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time for operational reasons, detected privileged information, or sports integrity issues that are under investigation.

The security of your FX99 account is a shared responsibility between you as a member and our platform. The following obligations must be observed:

• Keep your FX99 account password confidential. Do not share it with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Always log out of your FX99 account after each session, especially when using a shared device or public computer.
• FX99 will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or live chat. Do not share your password with anyone claiming to be an FX99 representative.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, contact the FX99 support team immediately for prompt security action.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your FX99 account, whether carried out by yourself or by any other party using your login credentials.
• FX99 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

FX99 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the FX99 platform:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools intended to manipulate or automate the betting process.
• Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Money laundering or using the FX99 platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds obtained through illegal means.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or create artificial conditions to avoid betting risk.
• Using insider information or information not publicly available to gain an unfair advantage in betting.
• Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt FX99's technical systems in any way.
• Sharing your account with other members or allowing third parties to use your account for any purpose.

FX99 employs a sophisticated monitoring system to detect all prohibited activities listed above. Accounts confirmed to be involved in any such activity will be suspended immediately, all account balances will be forfeited, and relevant information may be passed to the appropriate authorities in accordance with Malaysian law.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, FX99 is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred by members as a result of betting activity on the FX99 platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond FX99's control, including internet outages, third-party infrastructure issues, or natural disasters.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised use of a member's account arising from the member's own negligence.
• Any damage or data loss resulting from a successful hacking attempt, notwithstanding the reasonable security measures taken by FX99.
• Disputed betting outcomes that have already been resolved in accordance with FX99's official procedures and where no technical error has been established.

Nevertheless, FX99 is committed to handling all complaints fairly and transparently. Every complaint will be thoroughly investigated and the outcome communicated to the member within a reasonable timeframe.

FX99 members may close their account at any time upon request. To close your account:

• Contact the FX99 support team via live chat, email, or other official support channels.
• All valid funds in your account will be processed for withdrawal once all bonus-related rollover requirements have been met, or after any bonus that has not fulfilled the rollover is cancelled.
• The account closure process typically takes 3 to 5 business days to complete.
• Once an account is closed, all associated personal data will be deleted in accordance with FX99's privacy policy, except for records required by law to be retained for a specified period.

For account closures made as part of a self-time-out or self-exclusion programme, the account will be suspended immediately and cannot be reactivated during the period requested by the member, even if the member subsequently requests reactivation within that period.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. All disputes arising from or relating to the use of the FX99 platform and these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through the following mechanisms:

• First stage: Mutual resolution between the member and the FX99 support team within 14 days from the date the complaint is recorded.
• Second stage: If unresolved at the first stage, the dispute will be escalated to FX99 senior management for review and a decision within 30 days.
• Third stage: If the matter remains unresolved, the dispute may be referred to an alternative dispute resolution body agreed upon by both parties.

All formal complaints must be submitted via FX99's official email at support@fx99.click, including your account number, a detailed description of the complaint, and any relevant supporting evidence. FX99 is committed to responding to all formal complaints within 48 business hours.

FX99 reserves the right to modify, add, remove or update any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to members. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.

• The last updated date will always be displayed at the top of this page, so members can easily tell whether the Terms & Conditions have changed since they last read them.
• A member's continued use of the FX99 platform after any amendments have been published will be considered full acceptance of the updated terms.
• If an amendment is material and significantly affects members' rights, FX99 will endeavour to notify members through available communication channels such as in-platform notifications or the registered email address.

It is the responsibility of every FX99 member to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure they remain informed and compliant with the current rules in effect. Ignorance of any amendments cannot be used as grounds to contest decisions made under the updated terms.
